‘Time Travel Is Possible’ Fans React After MS Dhoni’s Lookalike Spotted In The Crowd

IPL 2023: After an atrocious performance in the last season of the Indian Premier League, MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings have made a remarkable comeback this season. Chennai finished at the penultimate position in the table last year (2022), however, they currently rank second in the IPL 2023 points ladder. Having 15 points to their name, CSK have achieved as many as 7 triumphs in the first 11 league matches of IPL 2023.

Chennai Super Kings further appear almost certain to qualify for the playoffs and would aim to finish in the top two. Yesterday’s (Wednesday) clash against Delhi Capitals remained the most recent fixture of CSK and the team managed to come out victorious yet again. In the video, a fan, who looked similar to Dhoni, was seen watching the recent IPL fixture between Punjab Kings and Chennai Super Kings at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. The video of the same went viral on social media as the netizens went on to call the anonymous person ‘MS Dhoni from 2040’.

Moreover, MS Dhoni has appeared in exceptional form with the bat, despite struggling with a knee injury this season. Playing the crucial finisher’s role, Dhoni has played multiple match-winning cameos for the team in IPL 2023. The 42-year-old Ranchi batter contributed with quickfire 20 runs in the last few overs during yesterday’s clash against Delhi.
