One of the greatest spinners in the World, Shane Warne left the world on the evening of 04th March which left the cricket fraternity and the fans around the world shocked. Indian Cricketer, Sunil Gavaskar said an inappropriate reason behind Shane Warne’s death, which is not taken well by the fans.
“He lived life in such a manner is perhaps the reason why his heart couldn’t take it and he passed away so soon,” – Sunil Gavaskar
In a discussion with a news channel, Sunil Gavaskar said a bold statement about Warne’s death that hasn’t been taken well by the fans. While the world mourns the loss, fans slam Sunil Gavaskar calling him “classless” & “mean” for his absurd comments towards Warne’s death.
Sunil Gavaskar said
“He was always looking to live life fully, king size. And he did that and maybe because he lived life in such a manner is perhaps the reason why his heart couldn’t take it and he passed away so soon,” said Gavaskar during a news channel discussion. Sunil Gavaskar also said that Muttiah Muralitharan and other Indian spinners are better than Warne.

The Great Southern Stand at the Melbourne Cricket Ground is set to be renamed the SK Warne stand. Australian cricket legend Shane Warne passed at age 52.
“We will be renaming the Great Southern Stand the S.K. Warne stand and we’ll be doing that as soon as we possibly can,” Pakula said. “I can think of no finer tribute to the greatest cricketer this state has produced than to rename the stand the S.K. Warne stand and no matter whatever happens to that stand in the future whether it’s rebuilt, refurbished, renovated, it will remain the S.K. Warne stands in perpetuity because his legend will live in perpetuity.”
