SA vs ENG: The Temba Bavuma-led team South Africa is in the limelight after the achievement of a series win over arch-rivals England in the proceeding ODI series. Registering back-to-back victories in the first two matches of the three-match series, South Africa displayed a dominant brand of Cricket. The Proteas have clinched a remarkable series win on home soil, with the last fixture of the series, remaining to be played.
The final game of the series, which is now a virtual dead rubber, will occur today (February 1) at the Diamond Oval of Kimberley. South Africa would now eye on registering a clean sweep, while England is desperate for a victory. The Jos Buttler-led side is on a five-match losing streak in One-Day Internationals after a wavering run in the last couple of months. The star-studded side is in all likelihood to make a strong comeback today.
