According to some reports, Manish Pandey could return to his home in Bangalore for the 15th season of the IPL. As the Bangalore-based franchise could break their bank and get the services of Manish, as a batter as well as a Captain.
Manish Pandey had been a part of the Bangalore franchise in the year 2009 and after that, he had played for a different franchises like Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), Pune Warriors India (PWI), and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).
As Sunrisers Hyderabad have not retained the service of Manish Pandey, he will be available for the upcoming mega auction where RCB could go for him as he is a multi-dimensional player, who can play at the top-order or in the middle order, have that experience, is a gun fielder and most importantly he can also lead the side.
As RCB retained only three players in form of Virat, Maxwell, and Siraj, they would be keen to get a good and experienced player Indian player to replace Devdutt at the top. Many of you would also know that Manish and Virat shared a good bond since their under-19 days while representing Team India.
Manish had a great record for the Karnataka domestic team as he had won the tournaments for them. Currently, Manish Pandey is not a part of Team India. He has been playing the domestic tournament like the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and Vijay Hazare trophy where his team ended as runners-up and as semi-finalists respectively.
