PCB’s blunder tweet Shock the cricket experts over the globe
Earlier the record of fastest 2500 T20 international runs was with Virat Kohli. Virat achieved a feat in 68 innings and Babar Azam over past the Virat and achieve the milestone in just 62 innings. But the PCB tweet shows after Babar Azam there is Cheteshwar Pujara, Sunil Gavaskar, Sourav Ganguly, Vijay Hazare.
These are some shocking names after Babar Azam. Cheteshwar Pujara did even not get a chance to play in IPL then how come he became the fastest to score 2500 T20 international. Sourav Ganguly is also not the part of 2007 T20 World Cup as he said he’s satisfied with the one-day test Cricket only.
When did Sunil Gavaskar play T20 international cricket?
On 5 November 1987, Sunil Gavaskar made his last ODI appearance. There is no record of Sunil Gavaskar is playing T20 cricket. T20I cricket was introduced in 2007, after 20 years of Sunil Gavaskar’s retirement. So how come Pakistan claims that he is one of the fastest to score 2500 T20 international runs. Being one of the most experienced cricket-playing nations Pakistan will be always remembered for this blunder mistake.
