T20 World Cup 2021 has just begun where few teams are fighting to get their place in the top 12 where the teams which are already qualified are playing warm-up games. Recently India played their first warm-up game against England on Monday,18th October, and looking at the performance of a player, Parthiv Patel is special worried about him.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s form is a worrying sign for Parthiv Patel
The right arm pacer has not been at his best after his return from the injury. In the first warm-up match, he was not able to bowl good line and length as he conceded 54 runs in his four overs quota out of which 21 runs came off in the last penultimate over of the first innings.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar form is also a bit of concern for team India as he didn’t have a great IPL season except the one over which he Bowled against Ab de Villiers. In the 11 matches of IPL he played, he was just able to pick up six wickets at a strike rate of 42.

Looking at Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s performance, Parthiv said that he is looking out of practice, and in the absence of Hardik not bowling team India should consider Shardul as the third seamer ahead of Bhuvneshwar.
Except for Bhuvi, Rahul Chahar had a rough day but got a wicket, Shami and Burmah were excellent which helped India to restrict England to a score of 188. In reply India chased the target easily in 19 overs with 6 wickets in hand credit goes to KL Rahul’s quickfire at the top and after his wicket, Ishan Kishan’s hits make sure that India wins this game comfortably.
India still has a warm-up game before the big game against Pakistan on 24th October. India will face off against Australia in the second warm-up game which will take place on 20 October at 3:30 p.m. (IST).
