Here’s what Dinesh Karthik said about Jasprit Bumrah amid his recent Cricbuzz appearance;
“Jasprit Bumah has everything and that’s why he is the best white ball bowler in the world at the moment. I am his huge fan and the world has saw how well he has been bowling of late. He is a very lethal bowler and India should be very happy to have him in the mix of things.”
Moreover, Dinesh Karthik played down the prospects of Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammad Siraj, and Mohammed Shami featuring in India’s playing 11 in the upcoming World Cup matches, citing team combination reasons.
When asked about Bumrah, Siraj & Shami playing together for India, Karthik said;
“I know it is going to be a mouthwatering combination but India wants to play a bowler who can bat at Number 8. So the choice will be between Shardul Thakur or Ravi Ashwin. Mohammed Shami could only play if one of the pacers is rested or has a slight niggle.”
