Kane Williamson is the only player to score 85 highest runs in a T20 World Cup final. Another disappointment for New Zealand skipper as he lost the final to Australia by eight wickets. Now New Zealand will not go home they will go straight to India for T20 international series.
The three matches T20 international series is really interesting as India is eager to prevent from New Zealand.

Tim Southee lead the Blackcaps in the T20 international series versus India
Tim is a talented bowler as after Trent Boult he is the only main pacer for the team. Southee represents New Zealand in 2006 when he was just 16 years old. When I got selected in the 2008 England New Zealand test series, the Selection manager of New Zealand Sir Richard Hadlee said, “Why delay producing a player of some talent? Perhaps I could compare him with Brendon McCullum when he started – he had a lot of potentials. It might take a lot of time for Tim to find his feet but why wait two or three years when someone is in a special category? The feedback we’re getting is that this guy has got it”. In order to fight with India, New Zealand have to show their perfect game because India eyed on New Zealand took their revenge. In 90 T20 international matches, Tim took 107 wickets with an average of 24.
Kane Williamson’s absence may hurt the New Zealand squad
Kane Williamson’s absence may hurt the New Zealand squad. In T20 World Cup 2021 final he is the lone warrior for the team with the bat. No other batsmen contributed well so in the absence of Ken New Zealand may see a big struggle. The reason behind it is not playing the T20 national series is that he gonna focus on the test series versus India.
In order to retain their world test championship, they have to do well in the upcoming test series. The next world test championship final is in 2023. New Zealand is the winner of the inaugural world test championship and they must be seeing on to defend the championship.
