James Faulkner has left PSL
James Faulkner the Allrounder opted out because of the things that happened to him. His team was almost In the Final Spot. They will be playing their final league fixture against the bottom-placed Karachi Kings at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on February 20.
The Gladiators had suffered a humiliating 117-run defeat against the defending champions Multan Sultans in their previous match. It was hard to digest. After this happened Faulkner left Midstate and took the Incident to twitter.
I apologise to the Pakistan cricket fans. But unfortunately, I’ve had to withdraw from the last 2 matches and leave the PSL. Due to Pakistan not honouring my contractual agreement/payments. I’ve been here the whole duration and they have continued to lie to me. He added It hurts to leave as I wanted to help to get international cricket back in Pakistan as there is so much young talent and the fans are amazing.
But the treatment I have received has been a disgrace from the PSL and Pakistan Cricket. This has been a big mistake. Pakistan are always involved in such type of controversies. It’s pretty hard to find the respect that they deserve after such controversies in the end of the tweet he mentioned that “I’m sure you all understand my position.” He was in a very tough position so he had to leave the league at a very crucial stage of the tournament.

Now Shahid Afridi reacts to Faulkner’s tweet
Disappointed with @JamesFaulkner44 comments who reciprocated Pakistan's hospitality&arrangements by levelling baseless allegations. We al have been treated with respect &never ever our payments have been delayed. No one should be allowed to taint 🇵🇰, 🇵🇰cricket & the #HBLPSL brand.
