Hardik and Bhuvneshwar to be dropped?
“Hardik Pandya and Bhuvneshwar Kumar are likely to be dropped in India’s T20 Squad against New Zealand series due to fitness test and forms.” – According to PTI
Pandya and Bhuvneshwar Kumar are the two players of Indian cricket who had struggled a lot with their fitness. For both these players, form and fitness are a big concern.
Hardik missed a couple of matches in the second half of the IPL as he was unfit, later he played just as a pure batsman. In the World Cup game against Pakistan Hardik didn’t take the field as he got injured while batting.
The same is the case of Bhuvneshwar Kumar where he played the IPL matches but had a niggle in the last match of the league stage. Then in World Cup, he played the first match against Pakistan but got dropped from the side against New Zealand as he was out of form.
