The last match of the ongoing three-match T20I series between India and South Africa is proceeding in the Holkar Stadium of Indore. The encounter is virtual dead rubber as the hosts have already clinched the series, having achieved triumphs in both the first two matches.
Winning the toss, bowling first, The Indian bowlers failed to keep things under control. South Africa went on to post a mammoth total on a relatively batting-friendly surface. Rilee Rossouw starred for the Temba Bavuma-led side with an unbeaten century, while opening batter Quinton De Kock contributed with a quickfire half century upfront.

Meanwhile, premier Indian fast bowler Deepak Chahar managed to raise some eyebrows but this time it was not with the ball. The right-arm pacer created a genuine opportunity to attempt a run-out at the non-striker’s end but eventually left the non-striker namely Tristan Stubbs with just a warning.
He was appreciated by multiple fans while some of them were not impressed as they thought it cost the team a valuable wicket. The Indian women’s cricketer Deepti Sharma too recently made the headlines after running English batter Charlie Dean out at the non-striker’s end.

Rilee Rossouw walks onto the stumps on a free-hit:
Rilee Rossouw, The South African opening batsman crashing into the stumps while taking his stance was another notable moment from the game. The incident happened during the 18th over of the innings. It should have ideally dismissed Rossouw but fortunately it was a free-hit and hence the opener continued.
He eventually went on to score a mammoth century in just 48 deliveries. The impressive knock included 7 fours and as many as 8 maximums. Rossouw truly announced his arrival at the big stage after getting dismissed on duck in both the first two games of the series.
