Gujarat Titans came with flying colors in the last season of the Indian Premier League. The Ahmedabad-based franchise beat Rajasthan Royals in the final to win their maiden title on their debut IPL season.

Mohammed Shami was among the players who performed extremely well for Gujarat Titans. The right-arm fast bowler is known for his seam bowling ability and his experience delivered in pressure and crunch situations.

The experienced fast bowler has played all the 16 games for Gujarat Titans and has managed to take 20 wickets in his pocket.

He has maintained an excellent bowling average of 24.40 at an economy of 8 and has registered his best bowling figures of 3/25.

Meanwhile, Mohsin Khan’s coach has revealed that conversation between him and veteran Mohammed Shami. Notably, Mohsin Khan has represented Lucknow SuperGiants in the IPL 2022 season.

He made a mark in the rich IPL with superb bowling in his maiden IPL season, during a conversation between Mohammed Shami and Mohsin Khan’s coach Badruddin Siddiqui added that he could make the Lucknow Super Giants’ pacer Team India’s best all-rounder in just four months.

Siddiqui who has also worked with Mohammed Shami in the past added that Mohsin Khan is also a good batsman. He further disclosed that even KL Rahul feels the same about him.

Mohsin Khan played 9 games for Lucknow SuperGiants. He picked up 14 wickets with an impressive economy rate of 5.97 and an average of 14.07.

“When the auction was going on, I was sitting with Mohammed Shami in his farmhouse. He was picked, and so was Mohsin. Shami told me, ‘If you just give me four months with him (Mohsin), I’ll make him India’s best all-rounder’.

“He is a very good batsman. And even KL Rahul said earlier that he has a good understanding of the game,” said Siddiqui on Sports Yaari.
