Captain Cummins opens up on Green’s potential IPL participation!
Meanwhile, newly-appointed Australia ODI skipper Pat Cummins broke his silence on emerging all-rounder Cameron Green’s potential participation in the exact event. Cummins confirmed that the management would ideally want Green to not feature in the Indian Premier League, considering the massive workload, however, they will not hamper his participation.
Cameron Green has emerged as Australia’s top all-rounder across formats in the last few months. Green has consistently contributed to the team since the three-match T20I against India, which occurred back in September. Being efficient both with the bat and ball, The right-hander is likely to receive mammoth bids in the upcoming IPL auction. The experts further anticipate that Green will be the highest-paid Cricketer in the mega event.

Selfishly as a captain, I would love for him to save all of his energy for Australia.
