The Rohit Sharma and Rahul Dravid-led team management is receiving massive applause from the cricketing world for producing constant results. The new leadership group has built a secure environment in the team as the players are provided with a lot of chances to prove themselves.
The Indian team played with the same playing 11 in all the matches of the recently concluded five-match T20I series against South Africa. The management backed the likes of Rishabh Pant and Avesh Khan, giving consistent chances despite multiple failures in the first few encounters.

Meanwhile, Manoj Tiwary, The middle-order Indian batsman has criticized MS Dhoni-led team management for not backing him even after scoring a lot of runs. The right-hander claimed that he was dropped after scoring a century against West Indies in 2011, even when he was named as the ‘man of the match in the last game.
Tiwary had to wait for 7 months until he got another opportunity to represent the national side. He lauded the current management for backing the players. He confessed that had current management been there when he was playing, he would have definitely given more exposure and consistent run.
The Bengal batter was in the headlines a few days ago as he scored a century in the Ranji Trophy 2022 semi-final against Madhya Pradesh. He has managed to impress the cricket fans with his brilliant batting in the knock-outs of the Indian domestic tournament. His innings helped Bengal get to a respectable total, however, he ended up on the losing side.

“The current management that is backing the players despite failing in 4-5 matches, had it been there when I was playing, it would have helped me because if you remember, I was scored a 100 against West Indies and was named Man of the Match.”
“And still got dropped for the next 14 matches, and couldn’t make a place in the Playing XI. It is still a mystery. This question I will definitely ask those who were in charge back then.”
