In the 30th match of the Pakistan super league between Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi, an ugly incident took place where Lahore Qalandars bowler Haris Rauf slapped Kamran Ghulam on the field for dropping a catch of Peshawar Zalmi’s Hazratullah Zazai at Gaddafi Stadium.
This incident happened in the 2nd over of the innings where Haris Rauf bowled a full ball, which Zazai tried to work away on the leg side. But Ghulam dropped the catch. In the same over’s fifth ball, Rauf got the wicket of Mohammad Haris (6), courtesy of Fawad Ahmed’s catch.
After the wicket, when the team gathered to celebrate the catch, Rauf slapped Ghulam, who looked a bit surprised and disgusting on the telecast platform.

That was banged in short, the batter was a little late on the pull and got the fat top-edge on it. Peshawar loses their first wicket. Haris Rauf is a happy man and is jubilant about the scalp.

An ugly incident in this PSL season
This is the second time where the fans have seen these types of ugly incidents on the Cricket field.
Earlier in this season, Peshawar Zalmi’s Ben Cutting and Quetta Gladiators’ Sohail Tanvir ugly incident happened during their side’s league stage match.
They made some inappropriate gestures using fingers after which both of them pleaded guilty to the offenses and accepted both been fined 15 percent of their match fees for breaching the PSL Code of Conduct.
