David Warner is not interested to be a part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad

The retention players list will be soon out from all the teams for the next IPL season ahead of the mega auction. David Warner, who has been the key player of the sunrises squad over the years doesn’t want to continue with them anymore.

David Warner’s IPL 2021 season

In IPL 2021, Warner started the season as the Sunrisers Captain. Later his captaincy was sacked mid-way through and he was even dropped from the side. In the 8 games, he played he managed to score 195 runs at a strike rate of around 108.

Now as the talks are in the town about the retention as the list of retained players needs to be submitted by the franchise by November 30 as asked by BCCI. Therefore the Sunrisers Hyderabad’s Instagram handles asked the fans about their opinion on the retention, to which a fan demands SRH to retain David Warner; their ex-captain.

Fans ask SRH management to retain Warner

A fan demands SRH’s coach Tom Moody retain David Warner as their captain to which Warner has replied very clearly that “no thanks”.

Warner’s reply makes it clear that he is done with the franchise and is looking for an opportunity with a new side.

In-form David Warner could find him in any team.

Warner is in great form, he was dropped in the IPL but he replied with his bat as he played an integral part in making Australia win their maiden ICC T20 WORLD CUP. He was also awarded the Player of the Tournament award.

With two new teams coming in the Aussie men could find him in any of the franchises with the form he has been. He has been the show stopper for any franchise he plays. With brilliant batting, he is also a brilliant captain as well. Many teams would like to rope in him as few teams need a leader for the upcoming season.
