Ben Stokes distracted Mark Wood in the Ashes

In the ongoing 3rd Ashes 2021-22 Test Match between England and Australia at The MCG a funny incident took place in between the drinks break where Ben stokes were seen distracting Mark Wood by sprinkling Water. Ben Stokes, who made his comeback to International Cricket after the break due to personal reasons was seen doing mischief with Mark Wood. Ben Stokes distracted Mark Wood during the interview.

This incident happened after the 58th over break where Mark Wood was attending an interview and Ben Stokes, who was standing at a distance started sprinkling Water from the Water Bottle and tried to break his concentration.

Ben Stokes was successful as he broke Mark Wood’s concentration as he replied “Pack it in, man!”,. leaving the commentator and the players sharing a funny moment.

England’s batting struggles continue as visitors end up with 31/4 at the end of Day-2

The play on day-2 started a 30- minutes delay as there was a positive test in England’s camp and family. England’s bowlers brought the Englishmen back in the game as they stopped the Aussies for just 267 runs.

Marcus Harris was the standout performer for the Australia side. Whereas the experienced Pacer James Anderson led the bowling attack as he picked 4 big wickets.

But at the end of Day-2, England’s struggle is yet the same where their openers are not able to give them a good start. Once again Root walked in to bat in the first five overs of the innings. This time the things have become more worse as already England are 4 down on the score of just 31 runs and are still trailing by 51 runs.

England’s Captain and Vice-Captain, Root, and Stokes respectively are still in the middle. England fans will hope for a miracle partnership between them which can take the side to a compatible score.
