The Indian Cricket team is currently playing in London, they were there for the rescheduled test which was postponed due to a covid situation. It was a long wait and then India was invited to England for the last match.
They were asked to bat first in the match however India played very well, but England outplayed them completely it was a hard time for the Indians as they lost the final match and the series ended in a draw.
The Indians are now playing the T20 series which ended in the favor of India 2-1 they were just brilliant in all three parts of the game. This was the time when Indians dominated the England team on the away soil.
BCCI Might host a match against World Eleven on Independence
The government has sent a proposal to BCCI to organize a cricket match on August 22nd between India and the rest of the world as a part of the celebration of 75th Independence Day. (Source – PTI)

Indian team is one of the most loved teams all over the globe. The brand of cricket they play and the fandom they have it’s just way too good. The team is supposed to play against Zimbabwe after completing the England tour. The Indian team will be playing against Zimbabwe in three-match ODI series.
The government looks very interested in the match for India and world eleven however the final news isn’t out yet the government has just sent a proposal to the BCCI.
“We have received a proposal from the government to organize a cricket match between India XI and World XI on August 22. it will be a great time for the Indians if this happens the data is colliding with the Zimbabwe clash. But the BCCI will make the players arrange on a special request, the question still remains of the availability of the foreign players as the Caribbean premier league will be going on and it will be a very tough task to get 15-16 players for the match.”
The BCCI source said that there are many operational and logistic elements that are still to be discussed interestingly Ramiz raja will be there and there might be a chance where we will witness Pakistan players in this match against India. Hope so this happens it will be a great treat for Indian fans
