The 15th edition of the Indian Premier League is officially set to start on March 26. BCCI officially announced the schedule a few days back. Total 74 league matches to be played in the season. Taking place at four venues in Maharashtra.

Rishabh Pant, Axar Patel, Prithvi Shaw, and Anrich Nortje were the four retentions of the franchise. The franchise will have some big names in the upcoming season. Including David Warner, Mitchell Marsh, Shardul Thakur, and Lungi Ngidi.

Team bus attacked by strangers :
The incident happened on Tuesday when the bus of Delhi Capitals was parked outside the luxurious five-star hotel to ferry the players before the 5 unknown persons tried to attack the bus intentionally. Fortunately, No team members were present inside the bus.
An FIR has been registered against 5-6 unknown persons under sections 143,147,149,427 of IPC for allegedly attacking the Delhi Capital IPL team parked bus, Mumbai Police confirmed
At the Afternoon, The 4 individuals were detained by the Colaba police and the remaining individual was being searched. An FIR was filed against all of the culprits. The miscreants breached the security before attacking the bus.
Now, Mumbai police officially confirm: “Colaba Police arrests all five accused in the matter relating to vandalization of IPL team Delhi Capitals’ bus in Mumbai,”
