The Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant’s career has been going upwards since his heroics’ knock-in Gabba, Australia earlier in January 2021. He is in talks all around the world among fans and cricket experts as he is performing exceptionally well in International cricket and IPL.
Many legendary former cricketers like Ricky Ponting, Vivian Richards, Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, and many more have already claimed him as the future of Indian cricket. The Indian National team is even considering him for the role of the future Indian captain. He is known for his power-hitting ability, cricket experts and fans called him the X factor.

24-year-old Rishabh Pant has had a fantastic start to his Test career. He averages over 40 after 29 games. The youngster from Delhi also scored four hundred, including three in SENA countries (Africa, England, and Australia).
Rishabh Pant has featured in 24 ODIs till now, scoring 715 runs at an average of 32.50 and a strike rate of 109.32. He also played 43 T20Is, scoring 683 runs at a strike rate of 125.78.
In the earlier stage of their career, he had struggled for his consistency in international cricket but over a period of time, he is getting better and better every game.
According to Saba Karim, who is also a former Indian wicket-keeper, it’s only a matter of time before Rishabh Pant cements his place in the national side in all formats.
Saba Karim speaking on a podcast said, “We see Rishabh Pant growing. He has a big impact and his value is slowly increasing in the team. I think he still needs to evolve a bit in white-ball cricket. He has to accomplish a lot. But in Test cricket, he is constantly improving and adding a lot of value to the team. I think he will soon be a complete player in all formats which will be very good for India.”
